David W. Silver

Estate Planning

David W. Silver is one of the founding partners of The Graham.Nuckolls.Conner. Law Firm, PLLC. Dave specializes in Elder Law, Special Needs Law, Estate Planning, Estate Administration, and Guardianships.

He is the current Vice-Chair of the North Carolina Bar Association Elder & Special Needs Law Section, he is accredited to represent Veterans by the Department of Veterans Affairs, and he serves on the board for various organizations that assist the elderly and members of the community.  He obtained his undergraduate degree from Penn State University, received an M.B.A. from East Carolina University, and earned his law degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In addition to practicing law since 1997, Dave has taught Business Law at East Carolina University since 2007.
