Timothy Evan Heinle

Bankruptcy Law

A native of New York, Timothy received a Bachelor’s Degree with Honors in both Psychology and Sociology at Brockport College before relocating to Boston, Massachusetts for law school. Timothy received his Juris Doctor Degree from New England School of Law where he served first as an associate and later as an editor for the New England Journal of Civil and Criminal Confinement. Timothy was a three-time recipient of the New England Law Academic Achievement and Dean’s Merit Scholarship.

Prior to moving to North Carolina, Timothy worked for the Boston Housing Authority’s legal division, and was proud to served as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Raymond Brassard of the Massachusetts Superior Court, as well as for Chief Justice Charles R. Johnson of the Boston Municipal Court. Before joining The Graham.Nuckolls.Conner. Law Firm, PLLC, Timothy operated his own law practice for several years. Timothy then spent several years as a civil litigator for the government. Both of these prior positions involved a variety of practice areas, and both involved a focus on trial work and adoption law.

Timothy is a dedicated attorney who works hard to represent his client’s interests and to protect their rights, and knows the importance of having an attorney who communicates with his clients, and listens to his client’s concerns.
